• Malum Ayurveda is a sole-proprietorship Ayurvedic practice and brand based in Ahmedabad, India.
• All products are handcrafted, Ayurvedic, eco-friendly soaps and wellness items, made using traditional cold-process techniques.
• We do not use synthetic soap base, alcohol, parabens, animal fat/tallow, or harmful chemicals.
• As each soap is handmade and cured naturally for 6–8 weeks, minor variations in shape, weight, color, and fragrance are normal and not considered defects.

• While Malum Ayurveda is led by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor, our soaps and external products are intended for general wellness and skincare only.
• They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Please consult your physician before using our products if you have allergies, sensitive skin, or medical conditions.
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused due to individual skin sensitivity, allergies, or misuse of the product.

• Orders can be placed through our official website (www.malumayurveda.in)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking).
• Once the order is confirmed and paid, you will receive an email confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

• We currently ship across India.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on quantity and delivery location.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and may vary (generally 5–10 days).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soaps and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
• Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained.
• In case of an approved cancellation, payment gateway/platform charges (such as Razorpay fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds for cancellations will only be initiated after we receive the settled amount from Razorpay or the payment gateway, which may take 7–10 business days.
• By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We are currently unregistered under GST, hence GST is not applicable on our products.
• Any future tax changes mandated by law will be updated in our pricing and invoices.

• Our soaps are made with zero plastic, zero waste, and eco-friendly packaging.
• Wrappers are food-grade paper, reusable, and free from plastic/cellotape.
• By purchasing from us, you support a sustainable and environmentally conscious business.

• All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of Malum Ayurveda.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

• Malum Ayurveda is not responsible for:
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party courier partners.
  • Skin reactions due to personal allergies or misuse of products.
• Our total liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts only.
